WHO WE ARE
Piccoli srl is a family-run artisanal manufacturing company operating in the technical subcontracting metalworking sector.
The business employs about twenty people and is located in Noale, province of Venice, covering an area of 4500 sqm.
WHAT IS OUR BUSINESS
The company operates in the subcontracting sector, producing technical components customized and designed for functional and design purposes, cold-forming metal sheets such as iron (steel), the range of stainless steels (AISI 304, AISI 430, and AISI 316), and non-ferrous metals like aluminum, brass, and copper.
The thicknesses involved in the production process range from a minimum of 0.7 to a maximum of 5 mm, depending on the profiles and materials proposed by clients.
THE WAY WE WORK
The technologies and production techniques are essentially two:
Metal sheet spinning (flow turning), which is the progressive deformation of a metal disk on a mold fixed to a lathe spindle;
Stamping (deep drawing): deformation of a metal disk using hydraulic presses on which punches are fixed, pressing the laminate with ring-die tools.
The company is entirely self-sufficient for the design and manufacture of the equipment necessary for subsequent production.

Once the project is defined, we proceed to the actual creation of the mold or equipment, using high-quality materials and precision machining. Each piece of equipment is tested internally to ensure functionality, reliability, and longevity.

Al
Aluminum 99.5
Light, ductile, and highly malleable: it is the most versatile metal among those used in our processes. Easily paintable, it may present challenges in polishing, welding, and chroming processes.
Cu
Copper 99.5
Probably the oldest metal used by humans to make objects of all kinds: tools, jewelry, ornaments, and much more. Extremely versatile in finishes: it can be painted, welded, chromed, and oxidized to achieve highly valuable aesthetic and functional effects.
CuZn
Brass OT67
An alloy of copper and zinc, valued for its workability and aesthetic result. Often requires annealing treatments to prevent cracks and breaks during processing. It can be polished, welded, chromed, and oxidized, achieving surface finishes with great visual impact.
Steels
DC06 (formerly P06) with premium finish
Tough and versatile metal, used since ancient times for making tools and artifacts of all kinds. Modern alloys extend its potential, allowing processes once unthinkable. Suitable for numerous finishes: it can be welded, polished, oxidized, chromed, or painted.
Stainless Steels
AISI 304, AISI 316, and AISI 430
Chromium and carbon-based iron alloy, often enriched with other elements. The natural oxidation of chromium forms a protective layer that allows mirror finishes. Weldable, polishable, printable, and turnable – with some limitations – available in numerous qualities, including AISI 304, AISI 316, and AISI 430.

Stainless steel
The micro-perforated sheet is a metal plate (usually made of iron or stainless steel) characterized by a dense series of small holes regularly distributed across its surface. The holes are created through industrial processes such as punching or mechanical drilling.
