Deep Drawing
Stamping (or deep drawing) is a process that allows a flat metal sheet to be transformed into a hollow object, with a more or less complex geometry, through one or more steps.
The complexity of the shape and the depth of the cavity directly affect the number of operations required: simple shapes and shallow cavities require fewer forming stages. The size and quality of the material used also play a fundamental role in the success of the process.
Piccoli S.R.L. has 9 hydraulic presses, with pressing capacities up to 500 tons, capable of handling processes with high performance and high precision.
