PROPERTY
The items (and the related equipment for producing them) contained in this catalog are the property of PICCOLI SRL, which reserves the right to provide them to any customer who requests them, potentially granting exclusivity and/or making technical and price modifications without prior notice.
DIMENSIONS
The dimensions, indicated in mm, are to be considered indicative.
THICKNESSES
The indicated thicknesses refer to the material before processing; during processing, they may undergo significant reductions due to the stretching caused by the deformation of the material.
FINISH
The items are delivered in the state and conditions they are in at the time they leave production;
PICCOLI SRL provides only the raw product, which may be oiled by lubricants, without any additional processing/drilling/surface treatments and/or galvanic finishes or painting.

DRILLINGS
In some items, we are required for production reasons to create the central hole (generally d.10.5 mm).
All other holes are beyond our expertise, but we rely on an external 3D laser cutting company if necessary to provide the products with holes and/or special cuts.
In these cases, it is necessary to receive the 3D technical drawing to share with the laser cutting service.
PACKAGING
Unless directly requested, indicated, or supplied by the customer, standard-sized cardboard boxes branded “Piccoli srl”, newspaper, nylon, and bubble wrap are used for production packaging.
Moreover, in cases of particular economic significance of processing times and materials used, we reserve the right to charge the cost separately from production.
If specific packaging is required, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DESIGN
PICCOLI SRL offers consultancy and experience in designing items according to the specific needs of its customers. We work based on the customer’s drawing.
TOLERANCES
The tolerances allowed by our technology are not always in line with customer requirements; we kindly ask you to verify the samples before any potential series order; in case the ordered items are part of a composite set and therefore need to be matched with others with stringent tolerance needs, it is always necessary and appropriate to notify us and provide the particular details for matching.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We work to order, we do not typically have ready-to-stock items.
Regarding raw materials, PICCOLI SRL has a well-stocked supply of the most commonly used materials to meet its customers’ needs without having to wait for sheet metal procurement.
QUANTITY
Our company works on order, with quantities; having an idea of the quantity you need at the time of the request is essential for us, as the production system can also vary based on the necessary quantities.
TIMING
Production lead times are approximately 3 working weeks (always to be verified at the time of order).
MODIFICATIONS
If you need changes to an already provided item, it is necessary to report it clearly to our offices and verify its feasibility first.
DRAWINGS
We do not have technical drawings of our standard items, but if needed, where possible, we are available to provide samples.
For new items that we need to develop, it is important to provide us with the design in various 3D formats (.dwg / .dxf / .step).
If necessary, we have the capability to develop the designs thanks to our technical office, an additional step that we quote on demand/request.
EQUIPMENT
We also internally build the necessary equipment for the realization of the requested items. Regarding the amounts required for the production of molds and equipment, we specify that these should be considered as contributions to partially reimburse production expenses. These contributions do not constitute ownership rights over the constructed equipment but the right of exclusive use.
Our company does not work with wooden molds.
PROJECT MANAGER
PICCOLI SRL does not act as a “main contractor”.
TRANSPORT
Delivery ex-works our plant: transportation organization and cost borne by the customer.
